"Pancakes are heavenly! I have tried their country fried steak and Philly cheesesteak, they are very filling and taste delicious. The staff is very friendly as well :) if you are around in town then definitely stop by! We came all the way from Florida, hopefully we will come back soon!"

"I sure do love a silver diner and we were so happy to have found this gem while vacationing in Connecticut for our birthday! (His a day, mine a whole dang month) Being from Philly I'm a sucker for good ol' fashioned diner food and this spot nails it! We were jovially greeted by the owner (I think the owner) and he was extremely friendly with a warm welcoming personality and a witty sense of humor which we loved and appreciated. He made the experience A+ and if we lived close he'd be our BFF for sure! The food was just what we expected and crave from a diner, salty enough, greasy enough and made with love! The food here is excellent! Service even better!! We will absolutely return whenever we are in the vicinity! I highly recommend Norm's Diner for good food and good mood!!"

"Authentic diner experience in a rail car from the 1940s. Excellent breakfast. I appreciated the veggie options. Family liked the pancakes, omelettes and breakfast sandwich. Great prices and efficient service. And it feels like a good team / family environment. Owner was friendly. Parking was sufficient for the number of tables available."

"Such a great diner - popped in around 9:40 on a Saturday and got counter seats. Food was stacked (had leftover omelette to go) and delicious. Hospitality was also great and really happy we were able to grab a meal here while visiting for a wedding."

"Haven't been for years, decided to try again. First, I love the ambience! Welcoming staff and cozy setting. A true old school diner. It was a dreary Monday but the AC was blasting. Should have asked for it to be turned off. They were pretty busy but the attentive waiter brought beverages timely. And wow! The coffee mug was HUGE and filled with STEAMING hot, strong coffee. A definite plus! OK the meal. Kinda eh. Best part was the scrambled egg which was fluffy and fresh. I loved that! Bacon I asked for crisp. I felt like it had been precooked and was cold and tough. A big disappointment. And oh, the toast, it was cold as ice and slathered with unmelted butter stuff. Now I usually love my diner toast but honestly, the cook knew it was cold when she added the butter stuff which I had to scoop off. And now the home fries. Loved the petite size, cooking was uneven, some were warm others not cooked enough. Going to try the has brown patty next time if I go back. Pancake was best part of meal. I'm sorry folks but I've got to be honest."

"My mom and I are visiting from Florida and when researching breakfast places to go, this place stood out... and it's safe to say, it did not disappoint! The old school diner vibe is AMAZING! It was super homey and the staff was friendly and welcoming! The food was unreal and the portions were awesome! The pancakes were also the best pancakes we've ever had. Highly recommend! my grandma who lives in the area will be back haha!"

- Haden B.

"Cold food, eggs were good and fresh. Everything else was cold. The bacon was like eating beef jerky, it wasn't bad. But honestly it wasn't good. As an added bonus went on a cold rainy morning and the A/C was going full blast?"
